The Aiolos 2.0 and Cilia 2.0 models are the standard forecasting models intended mainly for electric load and gas demand forecasts. They both combine a day type classification technique together with stepwise multiple regression to simultaneously model both social behaviour and weather dependence. They differ from each other in which period the model uses for the regression, the so-called base period. The user can also modify them in order to be suitable for a more general purposed forecasting.
