Node type/time series

Nodes in NetSim are divided into up to 10 different types. Each type can be controlled individually in a dynamic calculation with regard to flow, power and supply pipe temperature. Typically, all nodes are assigned type 1; apart from production plants, which are given individual types. Furthermore, individual nodes with deviating consumption patterns can be assigned a separate type if necessary. A time (decimal hour) and corresponding factor are specified for every type of value. The time series includes a maximum of 24 values and relates to a 24-hour period at most.

Enter the “breakpoints” in the time series. The times 0 and 23 thus capture an entire 24 hours! In the calculation, values for intermediate times are interpolated from the given values.
