With Aiolos Quality Service we describe a module in Aiolos that stretches throughout many parts of the program. The main issue that we want to solve with Aiolos Quality Service is to monitor large datasets in a simple way.

•      Monitoring can be set for In- and out-data from Aiolos and of course also monitoring of the forecast quality.

•      Time can be saved and forecast quality improved by optimizing your weather weights on a regular basis using the automatic follow up and optimization tool.

•      Automatic System backups can be made for all Aiolos files on a regular basis, and if you wish it can also be sent to Vitec for safe keeping.

•      All background processes are shown in the graphical interface of the Status tab in Aiolos, giving you an overview of warnings or errors outside working hours.

Aiolos Quality Service is designed in a way that keeps options open to the user as of what it can do. In the coming chapter a few examples are described for what you can use Aiolos Quality Service for.
