Each box represents a sort of ticket, for example a box in the import column represents one running of that import.

If the color is grey the import, in this case didn’t have any warnings or errors. If it is yellow it has at least 1 warning and if it is red it has at least 1 error.

The small title (in the case above, “load”) can be customized by changing the value for the “/name:” parameter for the corresponding autopar file for each import or export etc.
