Delay

The delay for the runoff to reach a power plant from the weather site can be used to offset the runoff curve. The entire runoff curve can be offset to a given number of hours to match the curve for production. The delay is set in the “Delay (h)” setting in the Basin properties field.

Here you must ensure you do not move it too far; it is better to err on the side of caution. The regression includes runoff values offset by up to two days but cannot pick up relationships frontwards in time where inflow forecasts comes after production.
