Master Data Sync is a way to add, remove or update information in the database used by Aiolos. For example, it can add and delete forecast series, place them in the series tree, add a Start and an End date, connect it with weather points, create new models, connect the models, connect it with Import and Export protocols, and more.

It uses a source to synchronize the information. This source can have a variety of formats, such as a database, Excel file, Text file, or other. Aiolos can then automatically on a schedule or manually retrieve information from this source.

After synchronization, Aiolos is updated and a report is written of what information has been updated.
