Weights are optimized based on models optimized for the period specified in the selection settings (in sample). These power curves are not saved, so they will neither be used for evaluation nor future forecasts:
The follow up evaluates forecasts based on current power curves, saved at a previous occasion, if it finds any; otherwise, it switches automatically to adaptive model curves. These models are combined with weights, which are optimized based on based on models optimized for the period specified in the selection settings (in sample).
