El Cleaner

In El Cleaner files of the type .el can be edited. To edit, first choose file location with ”Current directory”. Single files or entire directories can be edited.

•      ”Set to Missing values” changes values less than a fixed value (<= 0 in the figure below) to either SingleMinValue or to any other value of desire (-99 in the figure below). SingleMinValue is handled as a missing value in .aio-files.

•      ”Trim start and end” checks start and enddates and -values of the .el file to remove incorrect zero values, and erroneous zero-records.

•      With ”Truncate”, longer periods of time can be removed from the file through truncation. Time periods outside the set interval will be deleted in the truncation.

•      ”Fix invalid records and holes” checks the file’s date records, to make sure date order is correct and complete. E.g. if dates are missing, they are filled with a date with a zero-value.
