Plan is a model that just picks values from the load series and uses them as a forecast. It is intended for plans of production or consumption. If you have an outage or similar, for which you have a timetable, and the timetable has perhaps changed, you can insert a new timetable for the outage. This is done either by importing new values into the load history file “[Series_name].el” that is specified for the load series in “Load data file”, or by inserting the timetable manually, from the load forecast date and forward in time. The load forecast will then be in accordance with the timetable.
